Our 60-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. No restocking fees, no hassle.

We know that buying shoes online means you cannot try them on first. That is why we give you a full 60 days from your delivery date to decide. If the fit is not right or the style does not match what you expected, send them back and we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet these conditions:

  • Returned within 60 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and in original condition with no scuffs on the soles
  • In the original shoe box with all tags still attached
  • Free of any signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage

Tip: Try your new shoes on a carpeted surface first. Walking on hard floors or outdoors can leave marks on the soles that make the shoes ineligible for return.

Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email returns@cslshoes.com or call (845) 694-6700 with your order number and reason for return. Let us know if you want a refund or an exchange.
  2. Receive Your Return Label
    We will email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label within one business day. Print the label and have it ready.
  3. Pack and Ship
    Place the shoes back in their original shoe box, then put the shoe box inside the outer shipping box. Attach the return label to the outside and drop the package off at any UPS location or UPS drop box.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. For exchanges, we will ship your new pair as soon as we confirm the return is on its way.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to help.

  • Same style, different size: Free exchange shipping both ways. We will ship the new size as soon as your return tracking shows it is in transit.
  • Different style or color: Return the original pair for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get your new shoes since we can ship the new order right away.

When you contact us for an exchange, we will check stock on your requested size and hold it for you while your return is in transit. If the size you need is out of stock, we will let you know and help you find an alternative.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Here is what to expect:

  • Credit or Debit Cards: Refund appears in 5 to 7 business days after we process it. Your bank may take an additional 1 to 2 days to post the credit.
  • PayPal: Refund appears in 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. In those cases, we cover all shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us right away at (845) 694-6700 or email support@cslshoes.com. Please include a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

For defective items, we will send a replacement pair at no cost, including free shipping both ways. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including any shipping you paid on the original order.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Return policies for wholesale and bulk orders may differ from retail purchases. If you are a wholesale customer, please contact your account representative or email wholesale@cslshoes.com to discuss return options for your order.
